What is the simplest way to take a recorded macro and send it to another user so it can be used on their own files?

Hi, gregappelt!
You can enter the VBA editor (Alt-F11), select the module where it's recorded with right button, Export Module, and save it with a proper name keeping the .bas extension.
Then attach the file to an email for the desired person/list and tell them to download it, open the Excel workbook where they want to have that feature, enter the VBA editor, Insert, Module, select the downloaded file, ... and that's all.
