Setting a New Pivot to Sum instead of Count

Hi, whenever I add a new field to a pivot table, the field is shows up as a count instead of sum. I understand that it is easy to change that field from a count to a sum, but in instances when I have a large volume of fields, this becomes annoying. Since I want 95% of the fields that I use in pivot tables to be summed, I would love it so that every time I add a field to a pivot table, the default is sum. Is there a way to do that?

both links are indicate to updated the "Pivot Table Add-in" Is there any other way !
