set word file format in excel and auto adjust requirement in file

hello all experts

i do not know word file uploading here is allow or not, please guide if i am wrong here because this is my only second post.

PFA.. i have uploaded one word file for your reference.i tried to put this data in excel but fails to adjust.reason of this that we have lot of work on this file daily routine maters and our staff is not enough smart or experience that perform fast work in excel and word and turnover is also high.
i want macros that which fulfill below requirements ( yellow highlighted data will differs or change and all other will remain same)

al adjust format in excel as same on word file in sheet 1.

b: i will made ANNEXURE-A in excel in second sheet with same under headlines,( data can be more or less)as per out client need and same like other yellow highlighted info will give in excel sheet 2 after that i run macros that put this ANNEXRE-A in sheet 1 like on word file.
