Serial Number with Subtotal 103 Condition

Hi everyone, I have some problems really need your help.

For example: I can do that for Numbering Item by Use SUBTOTAL 103, hiding row when not value



But how can I do that? Please help!

and when I hiding Item 3 the Numbering Auto update.
