A Ashley New Member Jul 3, 2012 #1 Hi, I am trying to have one column total as 'count' and the other 3 columns total as 'sum' - I can only get them ALL to do one or the other. Is there a way to make BOTH 'sum' and 'count' appear in my pivot table? Excel 2010 Please and Thanks!

N NARAYANK991 Excel Ninja Jul 4, 2012 #2 Hi Ashley , See if this works , since I am not sure. From the Pivot Table field list drag the column again into the Values section , so that the columns are duplicated. Now select from this duplicated list Count instead of Sum. Now hide all the unneeded columns. Narayan
