Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter for the solution provided by Deepak.

I found you have some identical numbers to extract; can you check this with just enter:
=TRIM(IFERROR(MID(B7,FIND(" 9",B7),200),MID(B7,FIND(" 8",B7),200)))

If you want to extract 10 digit number only, replace 200 with 10.
