Separating words and numbers

How do I separate words and numbers into separate columns as shown in the attached example?

what version of excel , as lot of new functions in later versions - so important to know what version to use

ok, i dont think i can help with that type of extraction using version 2016 of excel
BUT perhaps quite a few more examples - as you seem to what full item name even if space and also to split out the weights and measurements units
