Send Worksheet By E-mail at specific time

Hi all,

Please could someone help me with the following problem?

I currently have a spreadsheet set up that I put data in for each hour of the working day. I would like to send this automatically to my boss each hour.

So, for example I have tabs set up from 11am - 21:00pm and would like each tab to automatically send at the specific time.

Is this possible?

Any help is really appreciated!
