selecting a range based on two or more conditions

Thanks a lot for your newsletter, I have added a lot to my skills from it specially the sum of values between two dates.


Here I need a solution if you can work out it will be of great help to me.

I have to count the non blank cells in a row that fall after a ">0" value between two dates.
