Select only those rows, from a Daily worksheet, that meets certain criteria

I thought I could figure this one out...but I'm not having any luck...


So I have ONE workbook with 4 tabs (worksheets):

Tab1 -Master (Append only the new records from Daily to last row)

Tab2 - Senior (want only Senior records from Daily)

Tab3 - Junior (want only Junior records from Daily)

Tab4 - Daily Entries (has both senior and junior entries)


I need to take the entries from "Daily" tab where "Name" column has "senior" or "junior" in the cell value to be appended to the last row of the corresponding tabs in the workbook.
