plz see the attachment and if expected formula can be modified to fly over with expected output

sir can you modify my sheet and send me back plz
and after selecting this cell i want to select (acitvate) another cell by using offset
=OFFSET(F9, -2,0,) by using offset with one command i want to activate (select) desired cell
Can this formula be modified for correct output
=OFFSET((ADDRESS(MATCH("Subtotal",F:F,0),6))2,0))
(i want to select cell where there is 'subtotal' and from there i want to leap to another cell)
