Select file opening folder then it file through outlook with TO,CC,BCC and Subject.

Hi all,

Please help i have a problem.

I want to send a file or pdf through Ouplook. by opening a folder and selecting a file
from folder . folder will be on desktop.
In sheet2 there is To,cc,bcc. ( Id)
subject: Invoice Number from file name
In this case : 90960232 from pdf or excel file(which file or pdf I am selecting)
