Scatter marker doesn't align with bar chart

Hi there,

I'm trying to recreate Chandoo's KPI chart as per this link: http://chandoo.org/wp/2011/03/24/kpi-dashboard-revisited/

I can't seem to get my scatter markers to align (be in the centre) of the bar chart like in Chandoo's example

I've attached my workbook, KPIChart_AS and Chandoo's KPIChart_Chandoo in case it is useful.

Not sure why it works But you can try this.

In Performance: Change B5 to 1.5 and there after 3.5, 5.5, 7.5, 9.5 until B9.

Wondering if you might be able to help with another conundrum please,

I'm trying to sum the number of KPIs and data is in columns with data next to it.

For example, if G6>H6 then "1", if I6>J6 then "1" etc

I want it to sum all the "1"s...
