Save Excel File as .text

Hi Friends,

I am trying to save my excel file in text format, it contains 80,000 rows while column is 1.

When i save it in .txt format, it adds inverted commas " " on each row. When i try to replace '' with blank it took a lot of time, my file got hang and i have to restart the file again.

Could any one help me please, i want to save in text but without inverted commas at beginning and end of each row.

Which format you are using exactly save your file in Text (MS-Dos).

Yes i am saving it in Tsxt (MS-Dos). But after that i tried every format, but result was same.

Please find the attached excel file as well text file which i saved.

I have "saved as" in various forms and although it took a micro second to find " and replace with nothing I do not see how it can take so long with your data size and why it hangs your machine. Not sure of your machines capabilities, but before you run the "save as" do you close all other running programs down.

I have 80,000 Rows. i am using HP core i3 with 2 gb ram. it just hang everything. i close all other files

After saving the file when you reopen saved text file which application you are using to open it.
You should open it in NOTEPAD then replace its quotes. it will take few seconds max 3-4 sec
