how can I connect SAP with excel. I want to go to SAP then to attachment from there I will see a dialogue box which SAP will open. Then I need to choose file from shared folder and attach it to SAP. there will be a large number of files in shared folder that I need to attach . I want the SAP to select the files and attach it. how to do that.
 
That sounds more like question about SAP than Excel. I think you'll have better luck getting the answer, asking your question in SAP support forum.
 
No the macro code will be in the excel vba. for that do we need to refer SAP? We will connect the SAP with excel. I don't have provision for writing codes in SAP so I need to refer excel. can you help me
 

As it's specific to SAP you will have more chances on a SAP forum !
SAP can export text or Excel files …
At least proceed a web search !
