Same "ID" for same "Month" and More than 2 Different Address should be highlighted

Hi,
Please find the attached file.
I have an excel file where I want same "ID" for same "Month" and More than 2 Different Address should be highlighted.

Please advise me any trick or formula to get the 3 conditions.
Same ID
Same Month
When Address is different more than 2 times.

See the attached file for the counts ; seeing whether the counts are greater than 2 is a straightforward job.

Thanks, I have found solution to find Month. But main formula (Sum) is not working.. I am doing same thing to find but unable to get 3 no. all are coming sum of 1.
