Sales Operations Template

Does anyone know of a template that can easily be populated with massive amounts of data od seperate tabs and be able to do comparision between the two tabs?


I have massive amounts of data for open orders, ship orders, adding these two togther and than comparing it to the forecast. I have to illistate the data by month, year, quarter, year-to-date. I also have to roll up summarys by sports and than expand down to the product lines. I use sumif, vlookups, indexing, but need help to streamline and make it function quicker.


I also started to add charts & graphs to make a dashboard from the data. My biggest problem is updateing it and varifying that the data & math is correct that i never get a chnage to analize the data for its performance. Can anyone help?
