"Rows to Repeat At Top" Not Printing When Hidden

I set rows 1:9 as "Rows to repeat at Top" and then hid them. I have not had a problem with this technique in the past. However, on this particular worksheet, once I hide them, they no longer print as "Rows to Repeat". What might I be missing?
 
Hi Cruiser..

Printing Hidden ROWS / COLUMNS is prohibited in office package.. as they all are WYSIWYG process..

You can look for some macro.. to unhide the rows, before printing, and re-hide after completion..

Wow. Brain freeze. It's been a while since I set up these "hidden" rows. Actually, on the sheets that work correctly, the masthead is only "effectively" hidden. Technically the rows are visible. However, by scrolling past them and then freezing panes, they are hidden from the screen. Took a while, but eventually your words kicked in and I was able to remember the system I had used. Thanks!
