Rows and Columns

I'm completely new in Excel, a beginner. Here's the simple questions for the beginning I ask somebody to help me.

1. How do I set my worksheet the way I see only A to G columns for example, not from A to infinity?

2.Ho do I set quickly rows and columns to the same size, like a "comb" in Microsoft Word?

Hi Alechko,

Welcome to the Forums!!!

Ans. 01: Select the All the columns to the left of Column G and right click your mouse and select "hide". You will see only Column A to G.

Ans. 02: Select the columns or rows you want to change the "Width" of. Point your cursor to the middle of the header row or column and drag it. or alternatively when you have selected rows/column, right click and select "Width" you can adjust it to form a comb.

Regards,

Good day Alechko

If you have a large area of data and only want to view an area of it select the area and then press Alt+W+G. but to keep all unused columns and rows out of view follow Faseeh's advice
