Hi Livio E. Scalma,

I don't have Excel 2013 either, but I do have 2007 version where you can colour the sheet tabs. The sheet tab has a right hand mouse short-cut which gives the option to colour the tab, so if you could change the colour of the ribbon tabs in 2013 then I would have thought they would also have a right hand mouse short-cut to do the same.

Have you tried that? (There is no ribbon tab short-cut on 2007)

Hi!
I think that OP is talking about icons or entries in the tabs ribbon toolbar and not about changing colors of tabs.
Regards!

@SirJB7,

I understand that my friend, but I was trying to explain that if you had a right hand menu on the sheet tab (as in 2007) may be Microsoft could have put a right hand menu on the ribbon tab in 2013 to change the colour of those also.

Good day Livio E Scalma

I am not quite sure why you want or need to do this, the ribbon is part of the hard wired look of Excel, you can build your own ribbon and with some coding maybe, and I say maybe, alter the colour of the ribbon sections….but I think you are chasing a squirrel up a drain pipe, a lot of effort for little or no pay back.

I know Italians are all for style and colour but turning your work sheet into a psychedelic mind warp will turn your brain to shrimp food and burn your eyes into black and white vision.

Most excelers I know keep the ribbon hidden while using the sheet.

Ps

If you quote all reply’s your post will get very tedious to read and put people of, members normally just use a quote to highlight an issue or to make a point.
