Reward value calculation based on cap

Respected Sirs,

We need a single formula to calculate the reward for an individual based on the below -

If the individual has achieved 20,000 then he will get a reward of 500

We get the values on monthly basis for each individual and the total needs to be divided by 20000 to arrive at how many caps have been achieved and this will be multiplied by the reward of 500.

if the caps are not whole numbers then the lesser value needs to be multiplied by the reward.

An individual has to achieve 20000 to get 500 reward.

I hope I have explained the requirement.

Why not any reward for EE where as 50000>20000.
