Returning text from a pivot table using getpivotdata

Hello there.

Im having some difficulty using getpivotdata to return the information i want.

Rather than a figure i want it to return text based on a set of criteria- I'm not sure if this is possible?

I have tried to attach and extract that shows the presentation and an extract from the pivot (its huge so couldn't upload the full doc)

I would be extremley grateful for any advice, i have tried with gpd i'm not sure if i have the data in the wrong format or if its just not possible.

Hi ,

Can you upload your full file to any public file-sharing website such as DropBox , GoogleDocs , SkyDrive , give others permission to access it , and then post the access link here ?

Without the pivot table to look at , I find it difficult to firstly visualize what you want done , and secondly how to do it.

If you wish you can wait to see if anyone else replies before you decide to upload your entire file.
