Resize Image in a UserForm and then copy the image to an excel sheet

Hi,

I'm trying to make a Userform containing an image box to upload a .jpg file along with some other fields.
Issue is when I insert an image it shows up in the Image box zoomed up.
Please suggest on how can this be fixed. And, how to copy this image on to an excel sheet with a fixed dimension 1.07" x 1.3".
