Request for VBA - Breaking the excel into multiple files mail them.

Kindly help with macros with objectives mention below:


1. Break the sheet into multiple files based on a defined criteria.

2. Name the file with the criteria and sheet too.

3. Send the file to defined mail ids - to & cc with the mail content.


Please note to break the files considering all rows and columns.
