Replacing Text in a cell based on data in another column

Hi Folks

I have a Column of report names and a column that contains text for an email.

Example attached - I want to replace "Report Name" with corresponding entry in Column A.

All help greatly appreciated.

In B2, copied down :

="Please find """&A2&""". Please contact xxxx"

You Can try this also in Cell B2 and drag downward

=CONCATENATE("Please find ",A2, " .Please contact xxxx")

Thanks the both of you. I could not get the & option to work.

I used substitute function in the end. It was great to learn 3 options.
