Rename Picture in Excel

In grneral picture/ image copied from a pdf etc can be pasted in to excel as a image /picture then the same picture can be assigned to a macro....to know the picture number i usually will record a macro.....


Here my query is ,....if require how to rename/ modify the picture name which is assigned by Excel automatically


Any tips please
