Remove Team and Budget Info from Portfolio Dashboard

Is there a way to remove the team data and budget date from the Portfolio Dashboard? This document would work perfect for a project I'm working on if we could remove these items. They are located on 2 different tabs and I don't seem to have the ability to edit.

I believe in the purchased version, the all of the sheets are unprotected, or at least protected w/o a password. Once you unprotect, The Budget and Team blocks can be selected and deleted, if desired. Could then put something else, or re-arrange the other blocks to fill in the gap.

You can even unhide the Calculations sheet (again, may not be accessible in Trial version) to make changes there, if you know what you're doing.
