Remove space when table come in mail

Hi,

I want that table which is created in excel and will send to the given email id.
I have taken help from " http://www.rondebruin.nl/win/s1/outlook/bmail8.htm ".

Now the problem is When table come in the mail there are some spaces in the mail. I want to remove that spaces. For more information please find the attached sheet.

In the mail it looks like there are 2 lines but it should be 1 line. That's I want.
