Relative reference in Pivot tables

Hi All,

I am finding it difficult to use formulas when it comes to pivot tables.
I generate a pivot table and when I try to use one of the column in a formula,
I can use it in the first row. However When I drag it , it is always referencing to the first row. Hence i copy the column with values and paste it and then write a formula to it.

How can I use the column directly ..
