Reference Worksheet name

In the attached file, on the first tab, my formula is in I7 (yellow cell). I am using a SUMIFS formula and I need to reference some columns on the 2nd tab.

In cell H7 of the first tab, I have the name of the 2nd tab.

In I7, I just want to reference the tab name by referencing cell H7. I tried using the INDIRECT function but it's not working.

Cell K7 shows what the actual formula would look like if I didn't use the INDIRECT function, but I believe I do need the INDIRECT function since I am referencing a sheet name in cell H7.

=SUMIFS(INDIRECT("'"&H7&"'!$C:$C"),INDIRECT("'"&H7&"'!$B:$B"),"TOTAL")
