Reducing my 'countifs'

The recent posts on Excel efficiency were very relevant to an Excel model I'm building that is 'hanging' every time I printview it.

The size of the model is only 600kb but it contains a significant amount of 'countifs' (with 3 criteria), 'sumifs' and 'sumproducts'.

I was hoping someone might be able to assist in suggesting a way in which I can make the model more efficient to prevent it 'hanging'
 
Well, I think the posts on efficiency cover most of your options. Without a sample file, there is not a lot we can do. Except maybe copy & past as value ;)
 
Hi Mac ,

I have a doubt ; you say that the 'hanging' happens only when you Print Preview ; if this is correct , are there too many merged cells or formatting involved ? Formulae alone should make recalculation slow , not just Print Preview.
