Recruitment Status Dashboard

A recruitment dashboard, where multiple users (recruiters) are able to enter data such that the dashboard gets updated real-time. The dashboard should display the details of positions being hired for, and candidates who are being considered. It should also give a status of the candidate such as - test cleared, interview completed, etc. Further, the dashboard may have meters to display important metrices such as - offer closure time, position to candidate ratio etc.

All this should be filterable for a business function, location or recruiter.

Since a dashboard can mean different things to different people, please share your vision for what you are after. Upload a sample file that mimics the view you are looking to create, and explain how each data element is to be constructed from the source data. You can show the dashboard values based on your manual calculations from the sample data. Please ensure that your sample dashboard view is based on the sample data you are supplying.

Once you clearly describe what you are after, we might be able to help you out.
