Recreate SUMIFS and COUNTIFS from Excel 2007 as UDFs in Excel 2003?

Is it possible to recreate the functions SUMIFS and COUNTIFS existing in Excel 2007 with UDFs (User Defined Functions made in VBA)?


Yes, I saw the posthttp://chandoo.org/forums/topic/converting-sumifs-to-excel-2003 but I do not want to recreate any formulas, i want to recreate the functions.


I do not care if it will be slow or if it will have to use a different function name, but I want to be able to use the same variables (input) I am already using in Excel 2007.


I have googled a lot but not been able to find any existing UDFs that does this.
