Record Incoming and Outgoing Audio/Voice

Hi,

Saw an article on how to record audio using macro and PC's built-in audio recorder. but aside from this we also need to record incoming sound. I would like to create a call recording process with macro.

Mic for outgoing voice, and Headset for incoming voice.

Macro isn't the right tool I'd imagine.

I assume that you are trying to record incoming and outgoing voice data for SoftPhone/Intercom?

For that, you'd want to set up recording on Phone System side and not at local machine side. This will largely depend on Office phone system.

If it isn't phone system, there must be encoded audio that's fed to your headset. Where is that coming from and what program is used to decode it?
