Hi,

I'd like to rearrange rows and columns of data with vba in attached format. I have worksheet name "Sta". Can anyone help me with with vba code?

Cannot manipulate data in a picture. Suggest you upload a file with sample data that can be manipulated.
 
Please see attached. Worksheet Sta is how the data is today, essentially i'd like it to look the format like in Future State tab. Please not there are blank rows that i'd like to delete and transpose header to column D (2021 and 2022). Please let me know if this sample data helps. Thanks
