Hi guys we are working on a small project of customer feedback, where we are sending out some excel files for customer survey. On the return of these files we would love to be able to consolidate the results into a common dashboard.
Chandoo's awesome blog and tutorials have got me so far as to create the dashboard and the analytics based on the data present.
Considering the above, and considering that the excel files would be in a common folder and the feedback from different individuals might come in some months and responses from others from some other month, is there a possibility of dynamically picking excel files into a common dashboard ?
I know it has to be VBA, but trying for information from different files, every month makes it difficult to hard code company names. We could make the file names standard, but some individuals might not respond, so the data gathering process should be dynamic.
