Ranking based on two criterias

I want a formula to rank a brand based on two criteria.

There is a store, brand and Net Sales Value Column.

I want to calculate what is the rank of a brand in its respective Store.

I m uploading a sample data and i have marked red what result i want.

Any help will be appreciated.

In F2, copied down :

=COUNTIFS(A$2:A$15,A2,C$2:C$15,">"&C2)+1

=1+SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$15=A2)*($C$2:$C$15>C2))
