Could you please help me in getting the range of hours like 0-1; 1-2; 2-3 etc. based on the attachment.

In B2, formula copy down :

=IF(N(A2),INT(A2)&"-"&INT(A2)+1,"")

or,

=IF(N(A2),INT(A2)&-1-INT(A2),"")
