plz help me on this problem,i have tried a lot through text formula and mid,right formula,i solved through mid & right but some r getting in value error.
plz do this through own method....

Hi Ramesh,

There is some confusion with your query. Dates in column A seems to be OK.

Anyway trying below formula =TEXT(A2,"dd-mm-yyyy") in B2 and copy down convert dates to dd/mm/yyyy format. Only thing is that it scramble day and month where input date is already in format dd-mm-yyyy.

What is that you exact want?

Thanks sir,actually sm1 asked me to solve this.I wanted to convert in mm/dd/yyyy i.e 08/23/2013 bt anyway i hav done this.

@Ramesh Deo ,

Format column B as dd-mmm-yy so that you can see what is happening, and then write this one and drag down in B2 write A2+0 and drag down. Hope that helps.
