Putting Names in the same format

I'm looking for an Excel function that organizes names into a standard format. For example, if I have 3 names: Ron johnson, ron johnson, and RON JOHNSON. I want to put a formula that standardizes all of them say Ron Johnson.

Can anyone help me with this?

If I have read your post correctly you want to turn all cases such as Upper case and Lower Case to proper case the in an empty cell on the same row as your first data input put the proper function in =PROPER(your first cell with your data in)and then drag down to the last data row, then copy all of this data column and then in your original row/column cell right click and choose paste as VALUE, if happy delete the helper column.
