Hai,

Referring to the attached excel file. I minus the date distribute and prf received time column and the number of days will appear. Next to the number of days column is percentage column.

In the percentage column I put formula as "=if(Q3<4,"100%")"

if the Q3 more than 4 days I want the percentage to appear between 99% to 0%.

How to get the formula.

Please help me on this.

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Indranee

Hi,

How do you calculate the percentage when >4 days?
If you only wish to show "0-99%" you just need to complete the formula you already have:

"=IF(Q3<4,"100%","0-99%")"

100% if condition is true (Q3<4)
0-99% if condition is false (Q3>=4)

Hope this helps

If You would really like to see value with PERCENTS then write 100%;
not "100%"
other part ... between 99% to 0% ... ex. You could use RAND()*0.99
if no rules how to get that value.
=IF(Q3<4,100%,RAND()*0.99)

No. Actually I want like this Q3<4=100% and Q3>4=99% to 0%

Means if date distribute minus prf received date is = 6 days

I want the percentage to drop to 95% or 90%

Please help me.

Thanks

Please, if You write this and think that ... You would get this!
Rand worked ... test, if this would be that now or make minor modify.

Yes. Thank you.

Can I ask you how u get this =IF(Q72<4,100%,1-(Q72-4)/50)
1-(Q72-4)/50) what meaning of this.

if You would like to get %s then You should do something like that!
You should know some kind of MAX (now 50) value. Use which needed.
Q72-4 makes that 1st step.
1- something shows (100% - value) makes less than 100%

Hai Vletm,

I want to do a pie chart. From the column no of days and done by column. That is like within 4 days, more than 4 days and etc.

Please help.

Thanks.
