Pull data from another tab via Array based on Criteria and Different Column Order

I am trying to pull the invoice history data into the Aptitude based on the selection in D1 (GPO Name), and the columns are in a different order than the original invoice history. It need to pull through based on the Aptitude template page.

I created a tab that show the output example but I want it to be more automated / dynamic using the array.
