Proportionately distributing invoices as per number of Associates

Hi Team,


I need your help in excel macro and I am attaching sample file in details,


Here I have different Cuntry and Associates should work for different country. I need to allocate the invoices to associates as per their cuntry wise.


Example:

If in Mexico WE have 145 invoices and 4 associates then I have to filter the Country culomn with Mexico and allocate invoices =145/4 = 36.25 each among 4 associates.


Acually here i need to filter SAP system with CP1, GP1 etc along with country filter so need to allocate again System wise also.


I could not able attache the file please advise how to attach the sample file
