Project Plan - Gantt Chart Template Project P

Hi,


I recently purchased the project management dashboard which is great. I have been able to tailor it so far and use it within our business.


I have two questions linked to the Project Management Dashboard and on the Project Plan - Gantt Chart Template. I have looked on the forums but cannot seem to find anything.


If I need to add more activities to the plan (currently 40) and more weeks (currently 32), how do I do this so that the timeline and all other formulas work.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the chandoo.org! I think Draging the formula across and downward could solve the issue! Have you tried that?

Yes I have tried doing that in the calculations tab but this doesn't seem to work for additional weeks I have added.
 
Go to the conditional formatting menu and see the range on which conditional formatting has been applied, see whether the added weeks are within that range or not? If they are not, it will not show you any formatting at all, adjust it for that.

I have one more question. By changing the project status in the data tab to either Red, amber of green via the drop down option, it changes the dot status colour on the dashboard. How does this work? I want to add another row in the data tab called last weeks status so that there are two dot colours on the dashboard.


I have tried looking everywhere for formula but cant work it out.
