Program not registered to open this file error.

On "Computer A," I have a button on a cell that when clicked will go to a particular website. It has worked flawlessly. However, I temporarily moved/copied the Excel file to "Computer B" (same Windows 7 and Excel 2016). When I click the cell with the button I get:

"Unable to open https://www. link .com etc. No program is registered to open this file."

I'm guessing it can't "find" either Windows Explorer or FireFox? How do I "register" it, as I didn't have to register it on Computer A.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Incomplete explanation as it depends on what is behind the button !
So yes, maybe Internet Explorer was removed from the computer and in this case just re-install it …

Can You open any file, which has .php ending with Your 'Computer B'?
If I copy the link and paste it directly into either Internet Explorer or FireFox, it works just fine.
It just doesn't want to work when using the Excel file on computer B.

I fixed it. Neither web browser was set to default. Once I made one of them the default, it worked! Your suggestions made me explore what "could" be missing. Thanks.
