I've got a issue with my pivot table. I am doing a count of types of employees across different divisions using their employee numbers. The division is the column field and there are two row fields to break down the types. For example the first row field would be labour, admin, directors and the second field would be full time, part time, casual. For some reason some of the row fields repeat themselves, so there are two labour headings, the first has the 3 second field listed and the second has only fulltime. The no of employees seems to be split across the totals and in total they are correct. I have tried to see if it is an issue with the data. I have check the format of the data and it is cosistent. Also there are no blank cells or cells with N/A. Any ideas why this problem is occurring or a way maybe I could overcome it? (I am using Excel 2003)
