Problem with Custom Validation for Date with Multiple Criteria

I've tried using custom Validation for ColumnH with the formula Mentioned Column L
I'm unable to stop entry of start(Date) for the machine when entered smaller than NextDate
Please help to resolve this problem.


CRITERIA FOR VALIDATING Start(Trail_ColumnH)

1. I've tried using custom Validation for ColH(Start) with the formula Mentioned Col L(Formula for Validation)
2. I'm unable to stop entry of start date for the machine when entered smaller than available Date
3. Please help to resolve this problem.

checked your file and few questions.

My understandings are

> Machines K1 to K7 will produce X no of products day.
> All machines will not work on holidays.
> Orders will be allotted to machines based on their availability.
> Any machine will be allotted with another order after completing its present order.

My questions are

1. Why same machine have different output/day (For K2 - 2.5 , 2 and 1.8)

2. Is Units produced are same from machines K1 to K7? If so the formula enter in "AvailQnty(for NextDate)" may be wrong.

3. Start, Stop and Next date(assuming Next available date of that particular machine) can be set easily but First you need to select the Machine to be ALLOTTED.
