Problem in macro based file saved in office 2010 and open thenafter in Office 2007

The file have lost the macro and could not extract the formula from in the excel.

We tried to save the file from saving in excel macro enabled version but could not fetch the macro and formula shows #name error.
 
Hi Bhargav,

Could you please explain it further, so it will be easier for experts (I am not) on the Forum to help you.

1) is your file (which has macro code) corrupt, are you able to open it.

2) Can you view the macro code, press Alt F11 to check.

Might be a possiblity that the file was saved as Macro free workbook while saving as macro enabled version.
