Priority based on 2 criteria. Please help! Part2

I tried posting this yesterday but for some reason the file did not attach, so lets try this again.

Please refer to the attached file.

In Column J I am trying to create a priority based first on earliest date, second on highest cost.

Column A: the dates for firm orders
Column B: the part#

Column D: the dates for released orders
Column E: the part#

Column G: Master part list
Column H: Part cost

This is a simplistic version of my entire workbook as Columns AB, DE, and GH are on different tabs, but I hope that it is enough for you to go with.

*NOTE* In case there is an issue with the file again the one point that is giving me trouble is the fact that the dates are offset by one row to the corresponding part.

See if you can use this technique. Other than 4 items in your list , the others don't have any date associated with them.
