Printing

Hi all.

This maybe a simple question, but is it possible to print multiple pages from the same work sheet onto 1 page?

More detail;

Im using excel 2010. I have a simple worksheet with only columns A and B populated with data, but there is a long list. About 1068 rows. It is wanting to print onto about 20 pages or so A4 size. Is there a way to have like at least 10 or so of these pages printed onto 1 page? ie: instead of 1 page with only 2 columns, have 1 page with 20 columns. To try save on paper...

OR,

Do i have to cut up the list manually and place it how I'm wanting?

Many thanks in advance.

I suggest reduce the print margins to minimums as possible & center on page then reduce the column size of column C, F & I or more based these will act as separator between our data column.

Now copy reduce the size of your sheet to 50% (just for your help) and copy every other page on D, E & J & K. so on

Hmm, thanks, but that's what i was not really wanting to do. But from what i can find out there, this is the best solution and similar to what i was thinking of doing in the first place. It will end up taking a lot of time copy and pasting like that.

Good day Meagle
